• Contact restricted or protected numbers unlawfully

13.3 Liability for Non-Compliance

AIMOZA is a technology service provider and does not initiate communications on behalf of users. Users assume full responsibility for any penalties, fines, legal claims, or damages arising from their use of the Platform.

14. Subscription and Usage-Based Billing

Billing Agreement

Users may subscribe to usage-based or subscription plans as offered through the Platform.

Automatic Billing

By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing for subscriptions, usage, overages, add-ons, or top-ups associated with your account.

No Refunds

Subscription fees, usage charges, setup fees, overages, and top-ups are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

14.1 Subscription Enrollment

Subscriptions may include a predefined allocation of usage credits, AI actions, messaging volume, calling minutes, or automation limits.

If usage exceeds the plan allocation, additional usage may be billed automatically at the applicable rate.

Unused credits may roll over for up to 12 months unless otherwise stated, after which they expire.

14.2 Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time, services, or credits.

14.3 Billing and Payment

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

15. Free Trial Eligibility

Eligibility

Free trials are available to first-time users only unless otherwise specified.

Usage

Free trials may include limited access, AI actions, messaging credits, or calling usage and must be used within the stated trial period.

Automatic Enrollment

At the conclusion of the trial, users will automatically be enrolled into a paid subscription unless canceled prior to the trial end date.

16. Referral Program

Referral incentives, commissions, or promotional offers, if provided, are subject to eligibility requirements and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

AIMOZA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate referral programs at any time without prior notice.

17. Data Security and User Privacy

Users retain ownership of their data. AIMOZA does not sell user data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
